1. Promoter
   This competition is run by The King’s College & Preparatory School (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period
   
   • Entries open on 27 October 2025 and close on 24 November 2025 at 23:59 (SAST).
   • The winner will be announced on 26 November 2025 via the official King’s College & Preparatory Instagram account (@kingscollegeandpreparatory).

3. Eligibility
   • Open to parents and guardians of current King’s College & Preparatory learners.
   • Entrants must reside in South Africa and be 18 years or older.
   • Staff members of King’s College & Preparatory and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

• 4. How to Enter
  To qualify, entrants must:

  4.2 Like the official competition post
  4.3 Comment on the post with their favourite memory, experience, or reason they love The King’s College & Preparator
  • • Each valid comment counts as one entry.
    • Entries are only valid if posted under the official competition post on Instagram.
    • No entries via DM or other platforms will be accepted.

5. Prize Details
   Prize: A 2-night stay for up to 4 guests in a 2-bedroom self-catering chalet at Glenburn Lodge & Spa, Muldersdrift.
   • No meals included.
   • Valid until: 28 February 2026.
   • Subject to availability and excludes special event dates (e.g., Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day).
   • Additional travel, meals, beverages, excursions, and spa treatments are at the winner’s own expense.
   • Booking must be made directly with Glenburn Lodge & Spa via 011 668 1600 or banquet2@glenburn.co.za, quoting the voucher number.
   • Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

6. Winner Selection
   • One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid Instagram entries.
   • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced publicly on King’s College & Preparatory’s official page.
   • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Publicity
   By entering, participants consent to their name and entry (comment or story) being used by the school for marketing or promotional purposes, including reposts, features, or campaign showcases.

8. General Conditions
   • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
   • The Promoter and Glenburn Lodge & Spa are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use.
   • Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
